USA South Announce Lacrosse All-Conference Awards

Three Methodist student-athletes earn recognition

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. - The USA South Athletic Conference has announced its All-Conference awards for lacrosse. A total of 45 student-athletes have been named to the teams with three Methodist student-athletes earning recognition.

Jasmine Stephens earned her second consecutive First Team All-Conference honors after leading the team with 38 goals and 52 draw controls.

Dawn Sanderson was named to the Second Team while Amber Jurkovac earned Honorable Mention honors.

Also, the USA South recognized an All-Sportsmanship Team, consisting of one member from each competing school. All honors are determined by votes from the women's lacrosse coach at each institution. Anna Casteel was chosen to represent the Monarchs.
