FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. -The Methodist University cheerleaders hosted 90 cheerleaders from the Fayetteville Parks and Recreation.
The Clinic held in Riddle Center focused on cheerleading skills and technique. This is an annual preseason clinic to prepare the teams for the upcoming fall season. The participating cheer teams are part of the county's recreational cheerleading program.
The Monarch cheerleaders will host a spirit night for all the county's recreational cheer teams on November 13 in the Riddle Center. The next event the team will host is the Cumberland County Fair Cheerleading Competition on Sept. 22.
