McKimens Case proved to be an important figure in the early days of women's soccer at Methodist.

A member of the first team at Methodist, McKimens Case helped those early Monarch squads to an overall record of 36-25-2 en route to three conference championships and the first two NCAA Tournament berths in program history in 1986 and 1987.

Following each of those seasons she was named a second team All-American, and she added a trio of first team all-conference nods over the course of her career, and to this day she still holds the single-game assist record (4) for MU.
