TAMPA, Fla. - The Methodist women's golf team finished with their second win this spring with a five stroke lead at the NIU Snowbird Invitational. The Monarchs shot 645 (317-328) for the two-day tournament.
Methodist finished up their spring break trip with the top spot amongst the 13-teams.
Paige Caldwell finished in third place with a 156 (74-82) to lead the Monarchs.
Susan Martin finished in sixth at 160 (80-80) and
Kelsey Magnine placed 16th with a 165 (83-82).
Alana Swain tied for 17th with a 166 (80-86) and
Gretchen McLean tied for 25th with a 169 (85-84).
Emily Jackson finished with a 186 (96-90).
The Monarchs will travel to the Jekyll Island Invitational next weekend on Jekyll Island, Ga.
