CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - Members of the Methodist University track and field team kicked off a busy weekend at the UNC Invitational on Friday.
Bria Wilson finished 10th in the 60 meters in 7.95 seconds and seventh in the long jump in 5.26 seconds.
Yvonne Goodwyn threw a personal best in the weight throw to finish 14th at 11.87 meters.
Adonis Kirkland also had a personal best, earning 11th place with a throw of 12.25 meters.
The Monarchs will travel to Liberty University for day two of the Liberty Open.
