2010: Competed in five meets averaging 30:45 in 6K races including a personal best 30:02 at the USA South Conference Championships... Named to the USA South All-Sportsmanship team... Earned USA South Academic All-Conference honors.

2009: Averaged 33:47.3 for the season... Ran her season best of 27:21.59 at the Citadel 5K. 

2008: Methodist Scholar Athlete.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Eastern Randolph High School.

PERSONAL:  Major is Global Studies... Parents are Larry and Gail Allred... Favorite television shows are "The Colbert Report", "Family Guy", and "Pawn Stars"... Favorite movie is any Disney movie... Dream job is to work abroad in an embassy.
