CHARELSTON, W.Va. - The Methodist men's basketball team made their best effort to get to the University of Charleston, but heavy snow in the area has canceled the game scheduled for Saturday afternoon.

The Monarchs were unable to play either game scheduled for this weekend, but will take a break for the holidays before returning to host LaGrange College Jan. 2 at 2 p.m.
