DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
From the North: Take I-95 South to exit #58 (future 295). Follow 295 for approximately 5 miles and turn left on Ramsey Street. Methodist University is located on Ramsey Street approximately 2 miles on your left.

From the South: Take I-95 North to Fayetteville exit #58 (future 295). Turn left onto future 295 and follow for approximately 5 miles. Turn left on Ramsey Street for approximately 2 miles and Methodist University is located on your left.

From the East: Follow 74 West to 87 West. Take 87 West to 401 North (Ramsey St.) in Fayetteville. Make a left onto Ramsey Street, Methodist will be about 3 miles on your right.

From the West:
From The Fayetteville Regional Airport:
Take Hwy 301 North to Hwy 87 West (Martin Luther King, Jr. Freeway). Take Martin Luther King, Jr. Freeway to US 401 North (Ramsey Street). Make a left onto Ramsey Street. Methodist will be approximately 5 miles on your right.

From RDU International Airport:
Take Hwy 40 East to exit #298 (401 South toward Garner/Fayetteville). Follow 401 South through the towns of Garner, N.C., Fuquay-Varina, N.C. and into Fayetteville. Methodist will be on your left just inside the city limits.

Charlotte, N.C., area:
Take Hwy 74 East to Laurinburg. Make a left onto US 401 North and follow into Fayetteville. Go through Fayetteville on US 401 North (Ramsey Street). Methodist will be on your right as you head out of the city.

Greensboro/Winston-Salem, N.C., area:
Take I-85 to Hwy 421 South (toward Sanford, N.C.). Follow Hwy 421 through Sanford to Hwy 87. Follow Hwy 87 through Spring Lake. Continue on Hwy 87, take exit for 295 East (go under overpass and take next right). Once on 295 East, continue to Exit #28 (401 Lillington/Fayetteville). Turn right onto 401 South/Methodist University/Fayetteville. Once on Ramsey Street travel 1.5 miles and turn left at fourth stoplight.

From Pinehurst, N.C.:
Follow US1 north to Vass, N.C. At stoplight in Vass, turn right onto Vass Rd. Follow Vass Rd. to Hwy 87. Turn right onto Hwy 87. Turn left at first light and follow to stop sign at Hwy 210. Turn left onto Hwy 210. Turn right onto McCormick Bridge Rd. and follow to 1st light. At stoplight turn left on Andrews Rd. and follow to Ramsey Street / Hwy 401. Turn right onto Ramsey Street and Methodist University is 2 miles on left.

Albemarle, N.C. / Stanly County / Montgomery County / Concord, N.C.:
Take 24/27 East toward Fayetteville. Then take 87 East. Follow Hwy 87 through Spring Lake. Continue on Hwy 87, take exit for 295 East (go under overpass and take next right). Once on 295 East, continue to Exit #28 (401 Lillington/Fayetteville). Turn right onto 401 South/Methodist University/Fayetteville. Once on Ramsey Street travel 1.5 miles and turn left at fourth stoplight.

ATHLETIC TRAINING
A Certified Athletic Trainer will be available at all events. If more than one event is going on at different venues, the Athletic Trainer will be available by cell phone/radio. The Methodist University Athletic Training Department has two locations within the March F. Riddle Center.Outdoor sports should use the athletic training room on the lower level, easily accessible from the parking lot behind the building. Basketball and volleyball should use the athletic training room on the main floor. The athletic training room consists of staff offices, taping areas, examination tables, and a whirlpool room. It will be made available for your use 90 minutes prior to competition. If your team is traveling without an Athletic Trainer please call ahead with any special instructions and send a written request for the use of modalities. Please furnish your own supplies and have emergency information available on all your athletes in case it is needed. Water, cups, and injury ice will be available at the visiting bench. This information applies to all sports at your school which may be visiting our campus as well.
