GREENSBORO, N.C. In its seventh USA South match of the season, the Methodist women's lacrosse team prevailed over the Greensboro Pride, capturing a 20-2 victory. The Monarchs were fueled by
Kayla Nee, who distributed eight assists as she surpassed the USA South Athletic Conference record for most assists in a career.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Five different players scored a goal for Methodist within the first five minutes of play, setting the pace for the first quarter. The Monarchs outscored Greensboro 13-1 in the first quarter, with Rosa Williams and Tia Marlinghaus both netting three goals while Kayla Nee dished out four assists.
- Nee fed her teammates for three more scores in the second period as Methodist took a 16-1 advantage into halftime.
