FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.  Due to rain, the Methodist baseball team will now play a single game versus Keene State College on Friday at 4 p.m. with a doubleheader scheduled for Saturday. The Monarchs were originally set to play two games on Friday and one on Saturday. All games will still be played at Armstrong-Shelley Field. 
 
Game one of Saturday's doubleheader will begin at 11 a.m. and the 2025 USA South Championship-winning team will be honored with a ring ceremony prior to the start of the second game.  

A determination on Friday's home men's and women's tennis matches between Methodist and Covenant College (Ga.) — which are scheduled begin at 3 p.m. — has yet to be made. More information will be announced should the date or time of the matches be impacted by the rain.
 
The men's lacrosse match between Methodist and Southwestern University remains at 5 p.m. on Friday at Monarch Stadium.
