2009-10: Competed in the 400m and 800m during the indoor season setting personal best in both events... Ran the 400m in 52.89 seconds at the Mason Dixon meet to finish 11th overall.

2008-09: Competed in the 400m and 800m during the outdoor season running a season best 51.80 in the 400m.

2007-08: Competed in the 400m, 800m and 4x400m relay... Ran a career-best 54.21 in the 400m at the Mason Dixon Championships to finish ninth... Competed in the 4x400m relay team at the Clemson Invitational... Ran a personal best 51.38 in the 400m outdoors at the Mason Dixon Championships for a seventh place finish.

2006-07: Competed in the 200m, 400m and high jump during the indoor season... Ran the 400m and continued in high jump during outdoor... Personal record of 53.55 in the 400m at the Emory Invitational.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended St. Georges High School.
