Biography

2010: Appeared in 18 games with two starts... Recorded three hits, including one double, and one RBI on the year... Stole five bases and scored nine runs for the Monarchs.Named USA South Academic All-Conference.

2009: Participated in 17 games during her second season... Finished the season with a perfect fielding percentage. 

2008: Saw action in 21 games with four appearances in the circle... Earned a win over Mary Baldwin with 3.1 innings pitched and three strikeouts... Scored nine runs on the year as a pinch runner.

HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered four years in softball and two years in soccer... Received the team MVP award all four years... Received 1st Team All-Conference honors two years and was chosen the 2006 POY.

PERSONAL: Major is Business Administration… Parents are Phil and Linda Blann... Favorite song is "Locked Up" by Akon... Favorite movie is "Love and Basketball"... Most admired athlete growing up was Jennie Finch... Favorite athletic team is the Baltimore Ravens.
