Biography
2008-09: Competed in the 55m, 60m, and 200m events, as well as the men's 4x400m relay... Received All-American honors in the 55m, finishing seventh place at the NCAA Indoor Championships... Earned All-Conference honors at the Mason Dixon Championship for finishing first in the 55m and second in the 200m... Also received All-Conference honors as a member of the 4x400m relay at the Mason Dixon Championship... Ran a personal best 6.34 in the 55m and a personal best 6.80 in the 60m during the indoor season... Competed in the 100m, 200m, 4x100m relay and 4x200m relay during the outdoor season... Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 100m and 4x100m relay earning All-American honors in both events.
2007-08: Earned All-American honors in the 55m with a seventh place finish at the NCAA Indoor Championships... Won the 55m at the Mason Dixon Conference Championships and placed second in the 200m for All-Conference honors... Ran a personal best 6.37 in the 55m in the Mason Dixon preliminaries and a personal best 22.25 in the 200m at Mason Dixon... Continued success during the outdoor season with All-Conference honors in the 100m, 200m, 4x100mR and the 4x400mR... Qualified for the NCAA National Championship meet in the 100m and the 4x100mR... Placed fifth in the 100m to earn All-American honors.
2006-07: Competed in both indoor and outdoor track... Mason-Dixon Conference Champion in the 55m indoor... Also received All-Conference honors in the 200m indoor/outdoor and the 100m outdoor... Ran a personal record 6.42 in the 55m. 2005: Lettered in track and field... Mason Dixon Conference Champion in the 55m indoor and the 100m outdoor.
HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in football, wrestling, track, and weight lifting... Region III AAA Champion in wrestling for two years... Weight lifting state champion at 130 lb class... Two time player of the week in football... Graduated in the top 20 percent.
