Methodist University Athletics

The home of the volleyball and basketball programs is the March F. Riddle Physical Activities Center. The 46,000-square foot facility houses the gymnasium, a racquetball court, six locker rooms, two classrooms, a conference room, a weight room, a laundry room, two athletic training facilities, and offices for the Methodist athletics department.  The facility underwent an upgrade over the summer of 2004 with the addition of a new roof and a remodeling of the front foyer.  The gymnasium accommodates over 1,300 fans for athletic events.  The locker rooms provide dressing and shower facilities for varsity teams as well as a study area with TV and DVD player.  The upgraded weight room contains Nautilus machines as well as free weights.  Six certified athletic trainers and their staff enjoy their close proximity to the playing floor.
