Coach Sibrizzi enters his third season on the Monarch coaching staff. Since his arrival, the Monarchs have earned 53 wins and have cracked the Top 25 poll getting ranked as high as 17th in the country. Eight players have received post season awards, most notably with Gavin Wheeler earning an All-Region selection and Spencer Nelson earning an Academic All-American nod.

Most recently, Sibrizzi coached at William Peace University, where he served two years as the hitting coach. The offense thrived under his guidance as the Pacers set program records in almost all offensive categories in 2021, were top three in almost all offensive categories in the USA South conference and led all of Division III baseball in stolen bases and led all divisions in stolen bases per game. At the end of the 2021 season, the Pacers found eight players on the USA South All Conference Team, with six being position players, along with Player of the Year for the conference.
Before his stint with WPU, he served as head coach for Wake Tech Community College. He left the program while being involved with 144 wins, 85 of them at the helm. In his five seasons at Wake Tech, he coached 20 All Region X performers, six players that have made the Region X All-Defensive Team, and 2 All-Americans. His player achievements also includes an MLB 6th round draft pick, Austin Warren who was selected by the Angels in the 2018 draft, who is currently in the big leagues as well as a 20th round draft pick, Yorvis Torrealba who was selected by the Rockies in the 2019 draft.   Prior to his time at Wake Tech, Sibrizzi coached at Averett University, where he worked as the recruiting coordinator and specifically worked with the hitters and infielders. In his four seasons at Averett, he coached 2 All-Region performers, 14 USA South All Conference selections, five VaSID All-State performers, and over 20 All-Academic performers. During the summer of 2017, he was hired on as the manager for the Holly Springs Salamanders, a summer collegiate baseball team in the Coastal Plain League. Nine of his players from that team signed professional contracts and has a total of 13 players that he has coached in the past that are currently living out their dreams as playing in the professional ranks.  Sibrizzi has a Master's Degree in Education as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Medicine - both degrees earned at Averett University, where he also played all four seasons. A member of the Academic All-Conference Team, Sibrizzi also earned numerous all-conference honors. During his freshman season, he was named the USA South Conference Rookie of the Year, was selected to the USA South All-Conference First Team and the USA South All-Tournament Team as a second baseman, and he was an Honorable Mention All-Region selection. He was named to the USA South All-Conference Honorable Mention team as a sophomore and senior, as well as earning a spot on the All-Sportsmanship Team his senior year and leading the country in sacrifice hits. He was also selected as the Averett Cougar Club Male Athlete of the Year following his senior season. In 2022, Coach Sibrizzi was inducted into the Averett University Athletics Hall of Fame. Coach Sibrizzi currently resides in Garner with his wife, Amanda and children Addison and Carson.
