High School: Two-year and two-time letter winner in both football and baseball for West Johnston... for baseball, Stephenson earned the MVP title in 2012, was named captain in 2014 and was awarded the Coaches Award in 2014... was a football captain in 2014 and also earned the coaches award.

Personal: Majoring in biology... member of Delta Sigma... son of Sammy and Lynn Stephenson.
