Jordan Bettleyon

DAT, LAT, ATC, cEP, PES

Jordan Bettleyon has been a part of the Methodist University Athletic Training staff since August 2018. His primary responsibilities are with the women’s soccer and men’s baseball teams.

Jordan is a native of Pennsylvania where he attended Bloomsburg University for his Master’s degree in Athletic Training and Bachelor’s in Exercise Science. While at Methodist University, Jordan was able to complete his Doctorate in Athletic Training through Moravian College in Bethlehem, Pa.

Prior to full-time employment at Methodist, Jordan worked for Star Physical Therapy and Fitness in Marion Heights (Pa.) as an Athletic Trainer. He assisted in the care of post-surgical patients as well as being contracted to a local high school for event coverage and treatment of athletes.

Along with his current clinical duties, Jordan is an Adjunct Instructor in the Methodist University Exercise Science/Kinesiology program teaching Weight Training Techniques. He is a lecturer in Sports Performance and Recovery Techniques for the Juniata (College) Strength and Conditioning Conference, presenter at the Eastern Athletic Trainer Association 2021 Conference, and guest lecturer in Blood Flow Restriction Training for Moravian College in its Doctor of Athletic Training Program.
