2008: Ran two 5K races and competed in the USA South 6K for three races this season... Averaged 23:16.2 in the 5K and earned USA South All-Conference Honorable Mention honors... Named Methodist Scholar Athlete.

2007: In first year of cross country, competed as number two runner for Methodist... Ran a personal best of 22:44 at the Adidas Raleigh Invitational.

COLLEGE: Competed in club lacrosse at USMA - West Point.

HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in track at Jupiter Community Senior High School.
