2021: Awarded First Team All-Conference honors (Men's 8K, 26:01)… USA South Athletic Conference Runner of the Week (9/27/21, 10/18/21) … five top 10 finishes, including two back-to-back first place finishes to open the season at the N.C. Wesleyan Classic ( Men's 8K, 26:11.6) and the Monarch Classic (Men's 8k, 27:01.65) … best 8K time was at the Queen City Invitational, with a 24:55 time to finish 21st overall … finished 7th at the NCAA D-III South Regional Championship (8k, 25:34.6) … was the only Monarch to compete at the NCAA D-III Cross Country Championships, finished 145th out of 289 with a time of 25:04.3.
2020-21: USA South Divisional Champion with a winning time of 27:19.02 ... First Team USA South All-East Division performer ... USA South Runner of the Week (2/15/21).

Personal: Son of Susan and Andy Topoly... brother, Alex, is a member of the Methodist cross country team… Drew is majoring in industrial engineering and mathematics… also a member of Methodist's track and field program.
