2006: USA South Conference "Runner of the Year" for the second consecutive year... Won the USA South Conference Championship in a time of 26:57... Placed second at the South/Southeast Regionals to advance to the National Championship race.
2005: USA South Conference "Runner of the Year"... First Team All-Conference... Won the USA South Conference Championship meet with a time of 26:02...Won the South Regionals meet with a record setting time of 24:57 in the 8K race... also participated in Track and Field.
2004: 1st Team All-Conference... Won the USA South Conference Championship meet with a time of 27:22.8... Placed 15th overall in the USA South Regionals meet with a time of 27:33.44.
