2009-10: Competed in the 55m, 400m, 800m, 4x400m relay and the long jump during the indoor season... Earned All-Conference honors in the 4x400m relay finishing third in 3:27.69... Competed in the 400m, 400mH and the 4x400m relay during the outdoor season... Earned All-Conference honors in the 400mH and the 4x400m relay... Ran a season best 55.83 in the 400mH at the NC A&T Invitational.
HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in track and cross country... Named All-Conference in both sports... Three-time All-State honoree in track.
