McNeair joined head coach Jack Brunecz' staff in the spring of 2021.
McNeair has over a decade’s worth of coaching experience at the youth, high school and collegiate levels, including as a head cross country and track & field coach at Guilford College, as an assistant coach at Purdue University and North Carolina Central University, and as a head coach at Eastern Alamance High School.
At Purdue , McNeair was named to the Purdue Intercollegiate Athletics Hall of Fame in 2009. She is a three-time NCAA All-American in the heptathlon and six-time Big Ten Champion in the pentathlon/heptathlon. Post-collegiately, McNeair-Reese was a USA Track and Field national and Pan-American Games champion in the heptathlon. Her personal best in the heptathlon is 6374 points.
