2011-12: Competed in the 200m and 400m during the outdoor season.
2010-11: Competed in the 200m and 500m during the indoor season followed by the 200m, 400m and javelin in the outdoor season.
High School: Attended Douglas Byrd High.
Personal: Major is Music Education... Parents are Catherine and Michael Mcdow... Favorite television show is "First 48"... Dream job is to be a teacher... Can't live without music and food.
