Biography
2008: Competed in the high, long and triple jumps earning All-Conference honors in all three events... Cleared a personal best 1.94 meters in the high jump at the Liberty On Track Event and the Vince Brown Invitational... Competed in the Raleigh Relays and Mason Dixon Championships... Earned All-Conference honors in the high jump and javelin throw.
2007: Earned All-Conference honors in the triple and high jump during the indoor season before claiming outdoor All-Conference honors in the high jump, triple jump and javelin... Mason-Dixon Champion in the javelin... Set new school record with 57.16 throw at the Emory Invitational... Went undefeated all season.
2006: Competed in javelin and high jump... Won individual championships at three meets in the javelin.
HIGH SCHOOL: Participated in golf, basketball and track.
PERSONAL: Major is Business Administration with a concentration in Professional Golf Management... Parents are Dana and Janet Thornell.
