Before coming back to Methodist, she served three seasons as the assistant men's and women's golf coach at Washington and Lee University before being promoted as the head women's golf coach in 2019.

In her first season as head coach, Warren was named the ODAC and VaSID College Division Coach of the Year.  She guided the Generals to three fourth-place finishes while playing in four of the most difficult events in Division III during the 2019-20 campaign.  She helped W&L to the second-lowest season stroke average (319.25) in program history and a No. 18 ranking in the GolfStat Division III Team Rankings and a No. 14 ranking in the WGCA Coaches Poll.
