Josie Lent

Josie Lent began working as the assistant women’s lacrosse coach at Methodist University in the summer of 2018 after playing four seasons at Pfeiffer University. Lent’s first three seasons at Pfeiffer were at the NCAA Division II level until the Falcons moved to Division III for her final season.

She played in 60 games with 53 starts, racking up 54 goals, 172 ground balls (third most in Conference Carolinas), and won 118 draw controls. She forced 122 turnovers in her career (second in Conference Carolinas), which also ranked within the Top 10 nationally in D-II and earned Lent a spot on the all-conference team in 2016 and 2017 and an academic all-conference honor in 2018.

Lent graduated from Pfeiffer in May of 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in sports management and a minor in athletic coaching.
