2018: started ten of the 12 games she appeared in for Methodist ... scored her lone goal of the season against Illinois College on Sep. 2 ... against Illinois College, she registered a season-high in shots (seven) and shots on goal (six).
2017: named to the All-Academic Conference team.
2016: One of four Monarchs to start all 17 games in 2016 … notched two goals and an assist (five points) … scored a goal in a 2-2 draw with Ferrum
2015: Appeared in 12 games, earning 10 starts with the Monarchs in 2015 … tallied an assist in a 3-0 win against N.C. Wesleyan … named to 2015-16 USA South Academic All-Conference team and achieved Methodist Scholar-Athlete status.
High School: Competed for the Patrick Henry varsity women's soccer team 2011-14 where she earned a starting position all four years... earned one varsity letter in cross country (2011)... received both first team all-district and all-region honors in 2014, as well as the title of MVP... was the captain of her soccer squad in 2012 and 2015... was named to the First Team All-District team in 2015... graduated in 2015.
Personal: Daughter of Reynolds and Amy Cowardin... majoring in exercise and sport science.
