Box Score WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- The Methodist volleyball team won its fourth consecutive match, 3-2, at Salem College on Friday evening.
 
The Monarchs (8-9) held off the Spirits (3-11), 25-19, 19-25, 25-22, 23-25, 15-8 to emerge with the win. Emily Krochmal and Allison Graves continued their strong play of late with 16 kill apiece.
 
Brittany Lewis added 13 kills and Latina Bailey chipped in seven. Risa Smith directed the offense to the tune of 48 assists and contributed 18 digs.
 
Karly Klimas posted 30 digs from her libero position and Graves and Krochmal each posted 17. Lewis, Graves and Bailey all added five blocks as well.
 
For Salem (3-11), Michelle Morgan led the way with 14 kills and Roslyn Nixon, who added 10. Zy Henderson had 24 digs, Chelsea Jones added 14, Taylor Rhodes 13, and Morgan, Olivia Newbern and Amber Bass all had 11 digs.
