HOW IT HAPPENED
- In doubles matches, Cameron Roth and Wills Belser took two games in their match against the Spiders, losing 6-2, while Matthew Hurley and Andrew Wood won one game in their set against Richmond's top duo, ultimately falling 6-1.
- In the top spot, Hurley posted Methodist's most competitive singles match, winning the most games for the Monarchs despite dropping sets of 6-2 and 6-4.
- Belser and Roth each won one game throughout their respective two sets during the singles matches.
