  • In the top doubles bout, Toni Laney and Veva Willocks were narrowly defeated (8-6) by the No. 1 Pfeiffer duo. On the third doubles court, Caitlin Tihanovich and Wilette Rivera Morales fell to their challengers, also by a score of 8-6.
  • In the No. 1 singles match, Laney sailed to a win, posting back-to-back sets of 6-2. In similar fashion, Willocks posted set wins of 6-2 and 6-3 in the No. 5 singles match.

In an intense match on the No. 6 singles court, Katie Sechrist won her first set 7-5, fell in the second set after a tiebreaker, then won the final tiebreaker to put Methodist up 4-3.
  • On the second singles court, Hulicki dropped her first set by a score of 6-3 before flipping the script in the second set to win 6-4. She then took the tiebreaker, giving the Monarchs their fifth point and the match victory.
  • Subirats was last to finish in the No. 4 singles match, winning her first set following a tiebreaker, then dropping the second set and the final tiebreaker.
