HOW IT HAPPENED
- In doubles, the Monarchs took all three flights, which included two of the matches having an 8-0 final.
- Senior Toni Laney and junior Veva Willocks also had clean sweeps (6-0, 6-0) in their respective single flights, No.1 & No. 5.
- Freshmen Emma Hulicki and Caitlin Tihanovich only dropped one game during their flights. Hulicki, 6-0, 6-1, picked up the win on court two while Tihanovich clinched the third court with sets scores of 6-1, 6-0.
- Winning 6-1, 6-1 in No. 4 singles was Annabelle Subirats, while Katie Sechrist rounded out the Methodist victories, on court six, with a 6-0, 6-2 decision.
