GREENWOOD, Ind.  The College Sports Communicators organization released its Academic All–District Men's At–Large teams on Tuesday, with four Methodist student–athletes making the NCAA Division III squad.

Three members of the men's lacrosse team earned a spot on the men's at–large team, including Nick Garza, Daniel Wright and Jack Murray. Garza started all 19 games for the Monarchs on defense during his sophomore season, contributing 37 ground balls (sixth–most on the team) and 13 caused turnovers (tied for fifth–most on the team).

Also recording 13 caused turnovers, Wright started all 18 games he played in during the 2025 season. The sophomore defender totaled 39 ground balls (fifth–most on the team) and committed just one turnover on the season, which was the fewest on the team among those who played in 15 or more games.

Murray is now a two–time honoree, having also made the at–large list in 2024. During the 2025 season, he played in 18 games and was a starter in 17 of those contests. The senior midfielder collected 27 ground balls and registered seven caused turnovers while contributing three goals on offense.

Representing the men's golf team, Beau Brewer was the fourth Monarch to appear on the at–large list. Brewer had a phenomenal spring season, tallying four top–10 finishes, including his best finish of fourth place at the USA South Men's Golf Championship in April. His play helped Methodist claim victory at the NCAA Division III Men's Golf Championship in May, and he ended his junior season ranked 18th in the nation and 12th in the region according to the Scoreboard powered by Clippd rankings.

The 2025 Academic All-District® Men's At-Large teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in competition and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes at-large honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
