GILBERT, Ariz.  The Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) announced its 2026 Division III Women's Scholar-Athletes and All-Academic Teams on Wednesday, recognizing the Methodist University women's tennis program for its excellence in the classroom. The Monarchs earned ITA All-Academic Team honors for the second consecutive season, while four student-athletes were named ITA Scholar-Athletes: Addison Haden, Emma Hulicki, Madelyn Parker, and Caitlin Tihanovich.
 
A total of 177 women's tennis programs earned the All-Academic Team designation this year.
 
To be named an ITA All–Academic Team, programs must meet the following requirements:

• Have a team grade point average of 3.2 or above (on a 4.00 scale),
• All student-athletes included should be listed on the institutional eligibility form, and
• All varsity letter winners should be factored into the cumulative team GPA for the current academic year

To be named an ITA Scholar-Athlete, one must meet the following requirements:

• Have a grade point average of at least 3.5 (on a 4.00 scale) for the current academic year
• Be listed on the institutional eligibility form

Overall, 1,309 Division III women's tennis student-athletes were recognized as ITA Scholar-Athletes.

Hulicki, Parker, and Tihanovich each received ITA Scholar-Athlete honors for the second consecutive season, while Haden earned the distinction for the first time in her collegiate career.
