Ben Hart, a Marietta, Georgia, native, returns to Methodist, in fall of 2023, as the Athletic Departments Strength and Conditioning Coordinator.
He was an assistant football coach for the Monarchs from 2018-2021. His first two season saw him work with the linebacker group before switching to defensive line his last two years.
Hart spent the 2017 season as a student assistant at the University of Mount Union, and assisted on a national championship team that season. Previously, Hart spent four years as a defensive end for the Purple Raiders and was a member of the 2015 national championship team.
Hart graduated from the Mount Union with a degree in Sport business.
