Zeisman was a five-year member of the Methodist men's soccer team, recording 17 goals and 15 assists as a Monarch. He was named to the USA South All-East Division First Team as a sophomore, then in 2022, his career-high seven goals and six assists earned him a spot on the USA South All-Conference Second Team. Zeisman once again garnered a selection to the All-Conference Second Team in 2023 after notching three goals and six assists, as the co-captain helped lead the Monarchs to a 6-1 conference record and the USA South regular-season title.
