2012: Finished second on the team with 241 kills ... was also second with 267 digs while contributing 20 service aces, 15 blocks and 14 assists ... recorded at least 10 kills with 10+ digs on nine occasions ... had a season-best 19 digs to go with six kills in a 3-0 win over Roanoke ... had 13 kills and 13 digs in a a 3-2 loss to Randolph ... notched seven kills and 16 digs in a 3-0 win over Ferrum.

Previous History: Played two years for the United States Marine Corps All Marines team.

High School: Lettered all four years in volleyball at Roy C. Start High School.

Personal: Major is social work ... parents are Robin and Rosalie Smith.
