PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. - The Methodist men shot a field-best 289 in the third round of the NCAA Division III Men's Golf Championship to regain the lead.

Methodist holds a four stroke lead at 871 (279-303-289) over Oglethorpe at 877 (301-284-290). La Verne moves to third place at 877 (292-283-302).

La Verne's Mitchell Fedorka held on to the lead with a 212 overall for four under par (67-71-74). Fedorka's teammate Rizal Amin is in second at 214 (72-69-73) while there is a tie for third between Methodist's Matt Bova and Oglethorpe's Olafur Loftsson at 216.

The final round will take place on Saturday with tee times beginning at 7:30 am on the Dye Course at PGA Village. The leaders will tee off from 12:50 to 1:30 pm.
