FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. -- Methodist's women's tennis team rolled to a 9-0 win over cross-town opponent, Fayetteville State on Tuesday afternoon.
 
The Monarchs, who won by default at No. 3 doubles and No. 6 singles, have now won 10 consecutive matches and sit at 11-2 on the season. Fayetteville State falls to 0-11 on the season.
 
Methodist returns to the court on Friday when it hosts Piedmont at 3:30 pm.
