Inczauskis will be recognized on Sunday evening, December 4, 2022 at the WGCA Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony which will take place at Planet Hollywood Resort in Las Vegas, Nev.

The Gladys Palmer Meritorious Service Award is given in recognition of outstanding service above and beyond the call of duty. Outstanding service may take the form of years of unselfish involvement in promoting golf at any level, or highly significant service of far-reaching proportions. This award is intended to honor individuals who have made a substantial contribution to the evolution and growth of women's collegiate golf.

Inczauskis began his career at Methodist University in 2005 as the Head Golf Professional, Director of Instruction, and Assistant Director of the Professional Golf Management Program. During that time, he not only taught in the classroom but ran junior camps, volunteered for Folds of Honor and Wounded Warrior golf programs and events, and hosted a National Play Golf America Day for the Carolinas PGA Section. He was promoted to Head Women's Golf Coach in 2009 and continued to mentor the next group of young women on the golf course and in the classroom.

As head coach of the Monarchs, Inczauskis led the program to four NCAA Championships, including three-straight in his first three seasons, and was named the Jackie Steinmann WGCA National Coach of the Year Presented by Golf Pride in 2021. He was also a five-time Golf Pride WGCA Regional Coach of the Year and a two-time USA South Conference Coach of the Year. In his 13-year tenure, he accumulated 58 tournament victories and coached 23 WGCA All-Americans, two PING WGCA Players of the Year, and a WGCA Freshman of the Year Presented by StrackaLine. Off the course, his athletes garnered 31 WGCA All-American Scholar accolades.

In addition to his coaching duties, Inczauskis has served on the PGA President's Council on Growing the Game of Golf, the WGCA Division III Awards Committee, the Mizuno WGCA Coaches Poll voting panel, the Carolinas PGA Section Membership Education Committee, and the NCAA Women's Golf Regional Ranking Committee. He was an Ambassador for the PGA Certified and Master Professional Programs for PGA Section Members and is a PGA Master Professional in Instruction, the Association's highest educational designation.
