HOW IT HAPPENED
- The highest finisher for Methodist was Jonny Lewis (69-74-74—217, +1) as he came in a tie for seventh place after scoring a two-over par 74 in the final round. He was sitting at even-par heading into the turn before committing three bogeys to one birdie.
- David D'Agostino (74-76-69—219, +3) had his best day of the event after posting a three-under par 69, which jumped him 11 spots into a tie for 10th place. From holes 1-9 he chipped in four birdies and one bogey. The only blemish on the back half was a bogey on hole 13.
- Coming in a tie for 13th place, Aiden Spampinato (70-76-74—220, +4) carded a two-over par 74 during his last trip on the course. He was looking good with a one-under par through his first nine holes but then hit a little bit of a snag on the back half, with two bogeys and a double bogey. He was able to end on a high note by making birding on his final hole.
- Also scoring a two-over par 74 today was Cameron Cappuzzo (72-78-74—224, +8) and he would end the event in a tie for 21st place. Cappuzzo had a similar day to Spampinato where he was one-under on the front half before going three-over on the back.
- Cooper Hrabak (74-76-75—225, +9) rounds out the Monarchs with a finish of T-27th following a three-over par 75 performance. He had his ups and downs on the front half with three bogeys, three birdies, and a double bogey. A little bit smoother back nine with two bogeys and a birdie.
