Winston–Salem, N.C. Returning to the JDL Fast Track, members of the Methodist track & field program competed on Saturday in hopes of improving their marks before the conference championship meet. The Monarchs posted a handful of personal bests and even had one individual take first place in their respective event.

TOP TRACK PERFORMANCES
- Logan Wade qualified for the men's 60–meter dash final, claiming sixth place in the final with a PR time of 7.03 seconds.
- Erykalyn Neal showed improvement in the women's 60–meter dash, finishing as the top Monarch in the event with a personal–best time of 8.38 seconds. She was also the top finisher for Methodist in the women's 200–meter race.
- In the men's 60–meter hurdles, Micah McCorvey recorded a personal–best time of 9.30 seconds, which was good enough for a 13th–place finish.
- Jackson Barriger once again topped his best mile time, finishing in 4:29.66 and taking 13th place out of 44 runners.
TOP FIELD PERFORMANCES
- David Dennis claimed first place out of 20 competitors in the men's long jump event, posting a PR mark of 6.77 meters.
- In the women's triple jump, Treazure Rosario Watson took second place with a PR mark of 11.02 meters. She also took seventh place in the women's 400–meter race.
- Jeremiah Freeman captured a third–place finish in the men's triple jump, leaping 13.30 meters.
- E'Manuel Herbert was the top Monarch in the men's weight throw as his best toss traveled a PR distance of 11.40 meters.
