FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. Methodist University women's lacrosse senior
Kennedy Martin played in the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Senior All-Star game this past weekend.
Martin, a midfielder from Wilmington, North Carolina, who concluded her illustrious career as a Monarch this past season, was selected to play by the IWLCA on May 28. The game was held on Tierney Field at the USA Lacrosse Headquarters in Sparks, Maryland, last Saturday, May 31.
Additionally, Martin was not the only player from the USA South Athletic Conference to participate, as senior midfielder Lauryn Turner from Meredith College was also selected to play.
Martin is now the third Methodist player to take part in the All-Star game, joining Madison Ronelli (2018) and Julee Delellis (2022).
