GREENWOOD, Ind.  Three members of the Methodist football team have been named to the College Sports Communicators organization's 2025 Academic All-District team, which was announced on Tuesday. Senior Kadin Beaver, junior Mason Ketchie and sophomore Tanner Zill all represented Methodist among the list of NCAA Division III honorees.

Beaver played in all 10 games for the Monarchs as the team's reliable long snapper in 2025, completing a four-year career at Methodist. He recorded a career-high three tackles on the season as well as one fumble recovery.

Starting all 10 games on the right side of the offensive line, Ketchie helped block for an offense that produced 223 yards of total offense per game and 20 touchdowns on the season. He was one of only two offensive linemen to play in every contest.

Zill made strides as a second-year wide receiver, appearing in nine games with at least one reception in seven contests. He totaled 14 catches for 120 yards, with a season-best 29 yards versus LaGrange College. His longest reception of the season went for 22 yards in the season finale at Greensboro College.

The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Football teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes football honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA. Academic All-District® honorees were considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot.
