The Methodist women's tennis team extended its winning streak to four matches on Tuesday, opening the day with a 7–0 sweep of McDaniel College at the Warfield Tennis Courts. The Monarchs later traveled to Reading, Pennsylvania, where their match against Albright College went unfinished due to darkness with Methodist leading 3–2.

HOW IT HAPPENED vs. McDANIEL
- Methodist opened the match with a default win at No. 3 doubles before quickly securing the doubles point. Wilette Rivera Morales and Helen Boeshore earned a 6–1 victory at the No. 2 position, while Katie Sechrist and Addison Haden completed the doubles sweep with a 6–2 win at the top flight.
- The Monarchs also started singles play with a default victory at the No. 6 spot. Rivera Morales and Madelyn Parker added points shortly after, each earning identical 6–2, 6–0 wins at the No. 3 and No. 5 positions, respectively.
- Shea Bieniek continued the momentum for Methodist with a 6–1, 6–2 victory over Stephanie Buttons at the No. 1 singles position. At the No. 4 court, Boeshore battled through a tight opening set before pulling away for a 7–5, 6–1 win against Emma Janisch.
- Sechrist capped the Monarch sweep with a 6–4, 7–5 victory over Jillian Lasher at the No. 2 position.
HOW IT HAPPENED vs. ALBRIGHT
- Albright claimed the doubles point to open the match, earning victories at the No. 1 (7–5) and No. 3 (6–4) courts. The Monarchs' lone doubles victory came at No. 2, where Caitlin Tihanovich and Helen Hofmann secured a 7–5 win.
- Methodist responded in singles play, beginning with a dominant performance from Emma Hulicki at the top position. Hulicki defeated Nadia Margaritov 6–2, 6–0 to even the match. Shortly after, Bieniek gave the Monarchs a 2–1 advantage with a 6–3, 6–1 victory over Allison Horick at No. 4 singles.
- Tihanovich then extended the lead to 3–1, rallying after dropping the first set to defeat Elicia Aponte 0–6, 6–0, 6–3 at the No. 3 spot. Hofmann battled in a three-set match at No. 2 singles but ultimately fell to Michelle Timothy. After winning the opening set 6–3, Hofmann dropped the next two sets 6–4.
- The match was halted due to darkness with two courts still in progress. At the time of the stoppage, Sechrist was tied 6–6 in the first set at No. 5 singles, while Haden held a 5–3 lead in the opening set at No. 6.
