FIRST TWO ROUNDS
  • With a team-best opening round, Beau Brewer shot four-under par through the first 18, sinking six birdies including a stretch of four in a row. Despite sitting at +2 through the first five holes of the second round, Brewer managed to finish the round one stroke under par. He sits in a four-way tie for second place at –5 entering the final round.
  • Todd Moyer's first round was nearly blemish free after he started the day with a bogey. He ended with two birdies in his final six holes to make his round score one–under par. In the next round, Moyer was rolling at four-under par entering his last two holes, but back-to-back bogeys dropped him to –2, with a two-round score of -3 that has him tied for seventh.
  • Haden Ruby's three first-round birdies were canceled out by four bogeys along the way, but he bounced back in the second round, matching Moyer at two strokes under par. His only hiccup was a bogey on the first hole of the round, and from there he kept it clean to finish the day tied for 11th at –1.
  • Jonny Lewis was the only Monarch to start the day with a birdie, but midway through the round he hit a slump, bogeying four holes in a row. He still managed to finish the first round at just one stroke over par, but round two was less kind to him. Lewis finished the second round at four-over par, entering the final round with a score of +6.
  • An up and down day for William Plageman began with back-to-back bogeys, followed by the team's only eagle of the afternoon. A pair of double bogeys near the midway point of the round canceled out the birdies he achieved, bringing his opening-round score to +3. After the first 18, Plageman settled in, reducing his errors to just two bogeys in the second round compared to his four birdies. His +1 entering the final round put him tied for 25th on the player leaderboard.
