Tydrick Stewart were named NCAA Division III All-Academic Athletes, while the Monarch women's track & field program garnered All-Academic Team honors.
Fajardo and Stewart each received the distinction for the first time in their careers and became the first Methodist men's track & field student-athletes to earn the honor since 2023. To qualify as an NCAA Division III All-Academic Athlete, a student-athlete must maintain a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.30 while ranking among the top 50 nationally in at least one individual event.
The Methodist women's track & field team also made history by earning USTFCCCA All-Academic Team honors for the first time in program history. To qualify for the award, a program must compile a cumulative team grade point average of 3.10 or higher.
