SOUTHERN PINES, N.C. - The Monarchs shot 334 in the final round to move up a spot and finish eighth at the Ross Resorts Invitational.  The Methodis twomen finished with a score of 1000 (335-331-334) while Nova Southeastern won with a 929 (311-307-311).

Susan Martin led Methodist at 236 (79-77-80) to tie for 14th while Paige Caldwell tied for 35th at 249 (80-87-82).  Emily Jackson shot 250 (84-81-85) to tie for 37th and Alana Swain shot 265 (92-86-87) to finish in 48th.  Allyson Burak was 49th with a 278 (96-92-90).

The tournament concluded the fall season and the women will resume play March 6-7 at the Springlake Invitational.
