FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. - The top seeds prevailed to reach the South Regional Championship with No. 1 Shenandoah and No. 2 Salisbury set to kick off Saturday.
The game originally scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. has been moved up to 11 a.m. in hopes of avoiding forecasted precipitation in the area.
Shenandoah enters the championship with a 3-0 record in the regional tournament forcing Salisbury to win twice on Saturday to advance to the national championship held May 28-June 1 in Appleton, Wisc.
