GREENSBORO, N.C. - The Methodist lacrosse team fell behind early and Greensboro went onto take the 21-0 conference win on Thursday.
Greensboro had the 17-1 shot advantage in the first half as they jumped out to a 16-0 lead through the first 30 minutes. The Pride added five goals in the second to finish with the 21-0 win.
Jasmine Stephens led the Monarchs with three shots and four draw controls.
Dawn Sanderson had four ground balls.
Emily Forester made six saves in goal.
Methodist will be back in action on Tuesday when they host Frostburg at 4 p.m.
