LEXINGTON, Va. -- The MU men's tennis team opened the spring portion of its schedule with a 9-0 loss to 22nd-ranked Washington and Lee on Saturday afternoon.
The defeat drops the Monarchs' record to 2-1 while the Generals go to 1-0.
Methodist's next action will be a neutral-site match on Feb. 9 against Christopher Newport in Fredericksburg, Va. Play is set to begin at 9:00 am.
